The project comprises the demolition of an existing cottage in a central London mews and the construction of a new mews house.

Careful consideration had to be given to the stability of the two adjacent houses and highway during the construction process, as well as waterproofing the basement. The design maximises the use of the limited site area with accommodation on four floors, including a newly excavated basement, providing two living spaces and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The sense of space has been enhanced by careful consideration to detail and material selection throughout.
