The Directors of Evolution have worked with local government and voluntary organisations for 30 years, and have both had periods working within local government property departments.
In this time they have worked on projects big and small, for a variety of building users including young, adolescent and elderly and those with special needs in both day care and residential situations. Projects have also been undertaken for emergency services such as police authorities and fire and rescue authorities, as well as libraries and other public services. We are experienced in working within the constitutional frameworks of government and voluntary organisations and complying with operational and financial policies. We also have experience of user and stakeholder consultation and addressing public meetings.
We recognise the financial and resource constraints all community and local government organisations work within and utilise our experience and insight to help stretch what can be achieved within budgets, designing spaces that maximise stakeholder and user success.
